With a totally fresh sound and a formidable voice, award-winning vocalist Nicole Henry gives the American Songbook, blues, modern standards and originals a flair that's all her own. A soulfully sophisticated and charismatic performer, Ms. Henry has earned three TOP-10 Billboard and HMV Japan jazz albums among her six releases to date. Most recently, Ms. Henry won the 2013 Soul Train Award for "Best Traditional Jazz Performance." She was joined by a 5-piece band to bring her joie de vivre to gospel, soul and the classics songbook in her Feinstein's/54 Below solo debut.
