Joe's Pub at the Public Theatre announces Old Springs Pike, a band featuring Spring Awakening's John Gallagher Jr, on Monday, October 8 and Monday, October 29 at 11:30PM.

"Old Springs Pike blends the cricket chirp of a suburban slow-fade with the subway scream of metropolitan mayhem. Using four part harmony as a diving board, these early twenty-somethings find themselves in stylistic depths ranging from a fair-paced folk to a rarely restrained roots rock. With an energetic, spontaneous live act, Old Springs Pike proves that it's not just a concert, but an event. The group uses four-part harmony as a diving board for their indie-acoustic rock sound, adding country and folk stylings into the mix for a sound that's as original as it is exhilarating," describe press notes.

Joe's Pub is located at 425 Lafayette Street (between East 4th and Astor Place) NYC; adjacent to The Public Theater.

Tickets ($12) are available at 212-967-7555, at www.joespub.com, or at the Public Theatre box office from 1-6PM and at Joe's Pub from 6-10PM.  Table reservations call 212-539-8778.
