Moira Danis Celebrates 2013 Bistro Award for Outstanding Recording

Singer, Moira Danis, will celebrate her 2013 Bistro Award for Outstanding Recording with a special performance at Don't Tell Mama on Sunday, March 24th at 3:00 p.m.

The show will highlight songs from the CD (by the likes of Stephen Sondheim, Jimmy Webb, Fran Landesman, Sara Bareilles and others) along with material from her previous recordings, I Wish and Beautiful Sounds - The Songs of Petula Clark. Music Director Wells Hanley, who received the 2012 Bistro Award for Recording with Parker Scott for Selecting Souvenirs, will be on piano and vocals, with Scott and Andre Montgomery on hand to help re- create some of the gorgeous harmonies from the CD.
