Michael Longoria Will Join Karine Hannah For A Night Of Streisand
Back by popular demand, recording artist Karine Hannah teams with Jersey Boys favorite Michael Longoria for the return of her powerhouse Streisand tribute, KARINE HANNAH SINGS STREISAND AGAIN! at Feinstein's/54 Below in New York City on Wednesday, September 26th. Longoria will join Hannah for the duets portion of the tribute show.
Hard at work on her new EP for Cash Money Records, Hannah is stepping out of the studio for a remount of April's sold-out cabaret. While the Montreal-born Barbra look-alike uncannily channels Streisand, she also draws on vocal influences like Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, and fellow Canadian songstress Celine Dion. Hannah's 2016 songs "Burning Up" & "Victory" were in the top 10 on the Billboard charts. A long-time collaborator of Bonnie Tyler producer Jim Steinman, she appeared in Steinman's Paradise Found, Steinman Stripped, and the New York premiere of Whistle Down The Wind, his musical written with Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Duet partner Michael Longoria is best known for his star turn on Broadway as Frankie Valli in the Tony Award-winning Jersey Boys. Now starring in The Midtown Men concert tour and its companion documentary, Meet The Midtown Men, Longoria is crooning his way across the world in a rock concert celebration of the '60s. His 2016 debut solo album, Broadway Brick By Brick, reached #2 on the iTunes Vocal Album Chart, and in 2017 he originated the role of Freddy in Max Vernon's landmark musical The View UpStairs.
