Showman Marti Gould Cummings, known for his inventive blend of drag, comedy and vocal performance, will be making numerous appearances throughout Manhattan for the remainder of the year. Off the heels of his London debut, Marti will resume his weekly Monday evening appearances at midtown's Therapy, welcoming to the stage Broadway star Peter Gallagher and his Broadway songstress daughter on November 28. On December 7, Marti will help to honor George Takei as host to the Emery Award after party on December 7, and attend the 18th Annual Glam Awardson December 11, as a nominee in six categories. Lastly, the year will close with Have Yourself a Very Marti Christmas, Cummings's encore performance at 54 Below, featuring guest artists Lesli Margherita and Matt DeAngelis.

Stage Fright, a weekly event, in talk-show format, has welcomed over 20 TONY award winners during Cumming's residence at Therapy. Both informal and conversational, this late-night cabaret invites Broadway actors and actresses to interact personally with audiences, while performing notable tunes from the repertory of both Marti and his guests. This Monday, November 28, Cummings will welcome Broadway and film star Peter Gallagher and his daughter Kathryn, to debut new music and talk all things showbiz. Jenna Leigh Green (Sabrina the Teenage Witch) and Ali Ewoldt (Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera) will be guests on December 5, and Carolee Carmello (Finding Nerland) and Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone) on December 12.

While Marti is well aligned with organizations like The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention organization committed to providing support for gay and questioning youth, Cummings will host an after party to the Emery Awards on December 7, honoring George Takei for his outstanding commitment to serving LGBTQ youth. This year's theme is "Help Me Imagine," recognizing the bravery of the youth who are constantly pushing limits for the LGBT right movement.

On December 11, Marti will take a seat in the audience at the 18th annual Glam Awards, as he is a nominee in the following categories: Entertainer of the Year, Best Vocalist, Best Cabaret Show (54 Below), Best Comedy Performer, Best Host, and Scene Queen.

Lastly, Marti will close the season with an encore performance at 54 Below, Have Yourself a Very Marti Christmas, Friday, December 23 at 11:30pm.
