Katie Thompson (Giant) and Tamika Sonja Lawrence (If/Then) join Kimberly Marable (The Lion King) making her solo debut at 42West. The evening will feature a funked up and jazzed down concert of music and storytelling including Anne Fraser Thomas (Broadway Inspirational Voices), Phyre Hawkins (The Book of Mormon) and Melvin Abston (Sister Act) Monday, March 23rd, 2015 at 8PM. 42West is located at 514 West 42nd Street. www.42WestNY.com
Soul & Substance is an electrifying evening that explores destiny, passion and fulfillment through music and story. This soul stirring reflection on life and the pursuit of happiness will take the form of jazz, Broadway, funk and more with musical direction by Brandon James Gwinn and direction by Bryan Campione. Associate Produced by Jacob Langfelder (Langfelder Productions). Audience members are invited to get up and groove at one of 42West's "funkiest nights on Broadway".
Tickets for the show begin at $25 for General Admission; Reserved Cocktail Table Seats are $25 and Day-Of Tickets are $30 (available at door).
