Danielle Dorfman & Samantha Rickard Bring Their QUARTER LIFE CRISIS to 54 Below

 

Returning to the Feinstein's/54 Below stage as a duo after two Kent State Alumni Shows in 2015 and 2016, audience members will be thrilled to see Danielle Dorfman (NY Fringe's #Lovestory, True Love - Music of P!nk) and Samantha Rickard (Barn Theatre Equity Resident Actress, Film: A Haunting in Cawdor) in Quarter Life Crisis: What The Hell Am I Doing?!.

They'll take you back to where it all began: your acne induced, angst filled, Hollister loving, wondering-if-I'll-ever-make-it-out-of-here-alive days where the cool kids were the jocks, the not so cool kids were in Show Choir and on your best day you were lucky to be considered a floater.

Fast forward to twenty-five, friends all around you are getting engaged and having children while you are sitting at home with your good pals Ben & Jerry wondering if you'll make it to that audition tomorrow morning.

Bringing you some of the hottest songs from today's radio to long forgotten gems from those late 00's high school years to beautiful and heartfelt tunes from some of Broadway's finest. You will spend the evening reciting lyrics you didn't know you remembered (Avril Lavigne, anyone?), tapping your toes, laughing so hard you cry and crying so hard you laugh.

Directed by Oliver Mayes. Music Direction, piano, and arrangements by Vincent Ester. The rest of the band includes: Danny Weller on bass, Ryan Brennan on guitar, and Greg Phelps on drums. Also featuring Tara Llewellyn and Elyse Moon.
