The Persuasions have long been dubbed the "Kings of A Cappella." Hailing from Brooklyn, their eclectic sound is a merge of gospel, soul, and pop. For over 50 years, their unique music has allowed the group to perform in nightclubs and concert halls nationwide and to open for great names including Bill Cosby, Ray Charles and Richard Pryor. They have released 26 albums, received airplay on FM radio alongside The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, and worked with many great names in the music industry like Stevie Wonder, Little Richard, Van Morrison, Lou Reed, Gladys Knight, among others. With all of their success, The Persuasions are dedicated to staying true to their music and their fans.
