Broadway Dreams Foundation alumni Sidney Dupont (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), Rachael Washington, and current student Dylan Christopher Gibson join the previously announced cast of Broadway faculty, alumni, and students for the June 12th Concert at Green Room 42.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation and writer Drew Fornarola (STRAIGHT, Claudio Quest) will team up to present an evening of songs from Fornarola's musicals. The event will be held on June 12th at 8pm, and will help to kick off the Broadway Dreams New York City Musical Theatre Intensive. Tickets are $20

Also scheduled to appear are Broadway Dreams faculty members Alex Newell (GLEE), Ryann Redmond (Bring it On), Craig D'Amico (Annie Get Your Gun), Greg Kamp (Catch Me If You Can) and MiMi Scardulla (Gigantic). They will be joined by program alumni and students including: Andrew Berlin (A Christmas Story), Hannah Hustad, Leigh Ellen Jones, Troy Lebane, Matthew Liu, Jonathan Moussett, Paris Nesbitt (Book of Mormon), and Brooke Singer. Additional casting will be announced soon. The evening will be music directed by Jason Wetzel and produced by Greg Kamp.

Drew Fornarola is a playwright and songwriter from New York City. His play STRAIGHT was a 2016 New York Times Critics' Pick, and his musical Claudio Quest won six 2015 NYMF Awards for excellence. Fornarola co-wrote the songs for Dreamworks Animation's Veggietales: Noah's Ark, and is currently developing a stage show for DreamWorks. Other theatre credits include an adaptation of actress Molly Shannon's children's book Tilly the Trickster (Atlantic Theatre Company), COLLEGE The Musical (mtvU Award), Thucydides (Winner, Samuel French Play Festival), and Vote for Me (London Theatre Workshop). Concerts of Fornarola's songs have been presented at Lincoln Center, 54 Below, Broadway au Carre (Paris), and London Theatre Workshop, among others.
