BINDLESTIFF FAMILY CIRCUS CABARET Presents All-New Show at The Cutting Room May 23-27 Bindlestiff Family Cirkus returns to New York City with an exciting all-new production at The Cutting Room (44 East 32nd Street, NYC) for a limited engagement of five performances from May 23 to May 27, 2018. Weeknight performances are adults only, while the weekend matinees are for the whole family.

Tickets are on sale now. Join the Bindlestiffs for a celebration of that dangerous space between failure and glory. In this year's inspired commingling of circus arts and intimate cabaret, the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus Cabaret presents an elegant night of unabashed spectacle, melding together irreverent comedy, daring feats, fits of beauty and live original music.

Featuring a cast of circus and variety luminaries led by Bindlestiff co-founders Stephanie Monseu and Keith Nelson, this year's show flirts with the delicate balance between stunning success and exquisite failure. The cast will take audiences on a journey fraught with peril, witnessing a walk atop champagne bottles and the swallowing of a three-foot butterfly knife. With effervescent aerial displays and captivating presentations of legerdemain, the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus Cabaret promises a delightful escape from the everyday, and so much more than the usual song and dance.

For over 20 years, the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus has been reimagining classic American circus tradition with their uniquely contemporary approach, winning over audiences and critics alike. They've brought their hybrid of vaudeville, circus, comedy, burlesque, live original music and sideshow to rapt audiences across the United States and around the world.

The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus Cabaret features cast members Keith Nelson (vaudevillian juggler and sideshow marvel), Stephanie Monseu (emcee and instigator), The Great Kaplan (Eccentric man of magic, and purveyor of deadpan nonsense), Evan Ruggiero (triple threat, singer, actor, and one-legged tap dancer) and Chloe Somers Wall (delightfully daring aerial acrobat). The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus Band features Robert Cowie on keyboards and Eric Biondo on trumpet and beats. The show is directed by Michelle Matlock, originator of The Ladybug role in Cirque du Soleil's "Ovo". Don't miss out. Come one, come all and get your tickets now for the Cirkus!
