Andrew Keltz Makes NYC Solo Cabaret Debut
Andrew Keltz makes his New York City solo debut with a show at the Laurie Beechman Theatre on November 22 at 9:30pm. This cabaret, dubbed THIRTY THANKSGIVINGS, will include songs and stories of food, family, and friendship. All net proceeds will be donated to City Harvest - rescuing food for New York's hungry. Composer and lyricist Tyler Beattie joins Andrew as music director.
Andrew made his New York City debut in the Drama-Desk nominated Off-Broadway musical The Golden Land (National Yiddish Theatre). He has also been seen at Feinstein's 54 Below, Joe's Pub, The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Victory Gardens Theatre, American Theatre Company, The Marriott Theatre, Peninsula Players, and with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed internationally in Austria, Japan and Taiwan.
Tyler Beattie has co-written several original musicals with Emma Lively, including BLISS, BLUE and CANDY LAND. Emma and Tyler are currently creating the concept, screenplay and songs for the Hasbro animated feature HUNGRY, HUNGRY HIPPOS. Also a passionate educator, Tyler is the founder and coach of an award-winning middle school debate team in Harlem.
