Joined by her acclaimed music director and pianist Shelly Markham, Andrea's new show Moonlight Cocktail celebrates that bygone era of sophisticated nightlife of dining and dancing. From coast to coast, from large clubs to intimate boites, (The Mocambo, Hungry i, San Francisco; Palmer House, MR. Kelly's, Chicago; Stork Club, The Blue Angel, New York) the singers that enthralled you became household names: Mabel Mercer, Bobby Short, Julie Wilson, Hildegarde, Portia Nelson, and Billie Holiday. Andrea's nostalgic spin through the forties and fifties, when an evening began at one club before winding down with fine champagne at another, is filled with her unique insight, charm and wit. Highlights include: You Fascinate Me So, Darling Je Vous Aime Beaucoup, All in Fun, Talk of the Town, Some Other Time, as well as the delicious title song, Moonlight Cocktail. The show has already been performed to critrical and audience acclaim on the west coast's top venues in Hollywood and San Francisco.

Enjoying the intimate art of cabaret performance, Andrea has appeared at numerous prestigious nightclubs throughout the country including the famed Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel in New York City, The Rrazz Room in San Francisco, Le Chat Noir of New Orleans, The Gardenia in Hollywood, and many others. Her London cabaret debut in 1994 sold out a one-month engagement at the Music Room at Pizza on the Park. Sheridan Morley, theater critic of The Spectator and The International Herald-Tribune, called her "the greatest cabaret star of her generation." Peter Hepple in The Stage and Television Today wrote, "Marcovicci cast her spell, with a voice of supreme tenderness, much rangier than at first appeared, with a thrillingly controlled vibrato, marvelous diction and phrasing that can only come from a skilled actress."

In addition to sold out concerts at Carnegie Hall and Town Hall, Marcovicci has appeared in concert with numerous orchestras and at the White House. She has acted in films, television and theatre and her co-stars include Danny DeVito, Woody Allen, Sir Michael Caine, Sir John Gielgud and Sam Waterston. She is currently appearing in the recently released Irene in Time for Henry Jaglom and her song Forever In Time, We'll Be is featured in the film. She has also appeared in the television shows Taxi, Kojak, Magnum P.I., Hill Street Blues, Trapper John M.D. and Cybill.

Marcoviccii's most recent CD release was twenty years in the making. As Time Goes By...The Best Of Andrea Marcovicci is a collection of Andrea's most beloved performances and features two newly recorded songs as well.
