VIDEO: Watch Seth Rogen Surprise THE INTERVIEW Moviegoers with Big Thank You

Los Angeles Moviegoers who went to check out the midnight screening of the controversial comedy THE INTERVIEW received a big surprise when the film's star and co-director Seth Rogen and his co-director, Evan Goldberg, stopped by to thank them for their patronage.

"You are the best. We thought this might not happen at all," said Rogen. "This is super f****** exciting! If it wasn't for theaters like this, and people like you guys, this literally would not be ... happening."

THE INTERVIEW follows Dave Skylark (James Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen) who run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show "Skylark Tonight." When they discover that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the two least-qualified men imaginable, to assassinate Kim Jong-un.
