Jason Aldean and Lenny Kravitz kicked off the 2013 CMT Music Awards with an explosive version of "American Woman."Other performances of the night included Carrie Underwood delivering a commanding performance honoring the victims of the fatal tornadoes in her home state Oklahoma with her new single, "See You Again," that she performed with a 24-voice choir from Nashville Christ Church.
