Slamdance's 'Best Friends Forever' Available Now on iTunes!

Gravitas Ventures announces that Slamdance favorite Best Friends Forever is available today, July 1st, exclusively on iTunes, with a larger VOD rollout scheduled for July 5th. The film will be available in more than 100 million homes on demand.
Starring Brea Grant (Dexter, Heroes) and Vera Miao (NCIS, Hipsterhood), Best Friends Forver tells the story of two best friends who leave Los Angeles in the wake of a nuclear attack. To complement today's iTunes release, art from the film by renowned comic book artists Fabio Moon (Eisner Award winner) and Ryan Kelly will be available at http://www.breagrant.com. Gravitas Ventures acquired rights after a successful showing at the 2013 Slamdance Film Festival. The deal was brokered by Melanie Miller, Vice President of Acquisitions & Marketing from Gravitas Ventures, and by Tiffany Boyle, Vice President of Packaging & Sales from The Law Offices of Elsa Ramos on behalf of the filmmakers. Best Friends Forever is a clever dark comedy and heartfelt road trip buddy film wrapped in an apocalyptic disaster story, with two badass girls. Harriet (Brea Grant), a perpetually optimistic comic-book artist, dreams of escaping her past in Los Angeles and hits the road for a new life in Austin, Texas. She drags Reba (Vera Miao), her seemingly devil-may-care BFF, along for the ride.
