NBC to Air Betty White 90th Birthday Celebration in January

TVGuide.com reports that NBC will be airing a special 90th birthday celebration for iconic actress and comedian, Betty White.
The special event, hosted by the network, will be filmed in Los Angeles sometime before the end of 2011. The network will attempt to air the special to coincide with White's actual birthday, January 17th. Brad Lachman, Steve Ridgeway and Jon Macks, who have been involved in the Emmys and the Academy Awards productions, will executive produce.The guest list will most probably include some of White's castmates from her long and storied show biz career on TV, including stars from The Mary Tyler Moore Show and her current series, Hot in Cleveland.
White's character on Hot in Cleveland, Elka Ostrovsky, will also celebrate a milestone birthday on an upcoming episode of the comedy show. The comedian's busy schedule also includes an upcoming reality series for NBC entitled, Off Their Rockers, which will be a 'Punk'd'-like show for senior citizens.
