Michael Buble Talks Will Ferrell Dream Duet

Popular recording artist and concert performer Michael Buble has revealed that he would love to croon a tune with comedian and one-time Broadway star Will Ferrell, according to a new interview.

Seriously? Yes! At least according to TMZ.

Buble even goes so far as to rap and sing a bit of "Boats 'N Hoes" from recent Cult comedy classic STEP BROTHERS, co-starring CHICAGO's John C. Reilly, in the clip. Hmm, how about a trio?

In the clip, Buble says, "Will Ferrell, if we could somehow figure out a big band arrangement of 'Boats 'N Hoes'...," he says seemingly quite honestly before breaking into a bit of the song.

Ferrell starred on Broadway as George W. Bush in the satirical comedy showcase YOU'RE WELCOME AMERICA: A FINAL NIGHT WITH GEORGE W. BUSH in 2009, which broke house records at the Cort Theatre where it played and was subsequently broadcast on HBO. Ferrell also starred - and sang (quite well, I might add) - in the feature film adaptation of the Broadway musical version of THE PRODUCERS by Mel Brooks, directed by Susan Stroman, in 2005.

Buble's forthcoming album, TO BE LOVED, his sixth studio release, also apparently contains a duet with Reese Witherspoon, so obviously anything is possible in the Buble-verse!

TO BE LOVED is set for release in the US on April 24.
