ET reports that actress Alyssa Milano has given birth today to her second child, daughter Elizabella Dylan Bugliari who weighed in at 7 lbs., 7 ounces and is 19 1/2 inches long.

This is the second child for the Mistresses star and her husband David Bugliari. The couple also have a three-year-old son named Milo Thomas Bugliari.

"Mommy and baby are doing wonderfully," Milano's rep tells ET.

The actress, producer and former singer is best known for portraying Samantha Micelli on the ABC sitcom series Who's the Boss? (1984-92), Jennifer Mancini on the FOX soap opera Melrose Place (1997-98), and Phoebe Halliwell onThe WB series Charmed (1998-2006). Since 2013, she has played Savannah Davis in the ABC drama Mistresses.
