Last Season for MTV's JERSEY SHORE?
Digitalspy.com reports that cast members of MTV's long-running reality series JERSEY SHORE were informed at the beginning of filming the show's sixth season that it will be their last.
According to the report, an insider revealed that “An executive producer announced that this season will be the last. She stressed to the cast that fans will remember them for this season, not the first, so they should bring their A game.”
The source shared that stars of the series, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Vinny Guadagnino, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Deena Cortese did appear upset from the news. “They decided to make the most of their final days at the Shore,” he said.
An MTV spokesperson has claimed that "no decision has been made yet on another season of the show".
