Remstar Films is pleased to announce that is has acquired Canadian rights for DON JON'S ADDICTION written and directed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and TWO MOTHERS written by Academy-Award winner Christopher Hampton and directed by Anne Fontaine. These new acquisitions are expected to be released in 2013.

Currently in production, DON JON'S ADDICTION will star Scarlett Johansson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Julianne Moore. The film is adapted from the work of Doris Lessing, Nobel Prize winner in Literature. TWO MOTHERS tells the story of childhood friends and neighbors falling for each other's sons.

DON JON'S ADDICTION and TWO MOTHERS are quality features films adding up to Montreal-based Remstar's strategy to distribute Canadian and international quality content to a coast-to-coast audience. Entertainment One will handle rights in all media for the films in Canada in collaboration with Remstar, with the exception of theatrical, VOD and French-language television rights in Quebec.
