John Boyega, Brie Larson Among BAFTA Rising Star Award Nominees

Variety reports that the nominees for the EE BAFTA Rising Star Awards have been revealed. The Rising Star awards will be voted for by the public, and the winner will be revealed at THE BAFTA FILM AWARDS on Feb. 14.

This year's nominees include STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS star John Boyega, FIFTY SHADES OF GREY star Dakota Johnson, ROOM star Brie Larson, Taron Egerton, star of KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE, and THE DIARY OF A TEENAGE GIRL actress Bel Powley, who was recently nominated for the Independent Spirit Awards.

The jury that chose this year's nominees consisterd of Mike Newell, Olivia Colman, Jonathan Ross, Nina Gold, Lucy Bevan, Gabrielle Tana and James King.
