Discovery Channel's NAKED AND AFRAID XL Hits Series High with Women

NAKED AND AFRAID XL scored an impressive 2.27 P25-54 rating with 3.67M Total Viewers P2+ on Sunday, August 9 in L+3. It ranked as the #1 basic cable telecast on Sunday with Persons 25-54 and Persons/Men 18-49 and earned a series high with Women 25-54.
NAKED AND AFRAID XL, which premiered last month on Discovery, is pacing to be the #1 freshman unscripted cable series this year with P/M 25-54 and total viewers.
With 15 days to go in the 40-day challenge, the next episode airing Sunday, August 16, will follow the ten remaining survivalists - dehydrated and protein starved. They find themselves converging at dangerous Piranha Lake where they will they compete over scarce food and water.
