Emmy-award winning choreographer, producer, director, dancer and actress, Anita Mann, will be the key note speaker at the prestigious Women of Achievement (WOA) Annual Awards Dinner, hosted by The Century City Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at The Beverly Hilton.
"Women of Achievement honors women from all walks of life, which is why I feel so honored to be the key note speaker at this year's awards dinner," says Mann. "This event allows us to reach the people whom we hope to help influence in a positive manner for the future, further spreading the message that women can accomplish their dreams, no matter where they come from. While telling my own story, I hope to encourage others to pursue their dreams and to not be afraid to take risks."
The awards dinner will honor six extraordinary business women, which include Danielle Carrig, Senior Vice President Communications and Public Affairs for Lifetime; Judge Patricia Collins (retired), Mediator/Arbitrator with ADR Services, Inc.; Dr. Kelly Hong of Kelly Smile Dentistry; Jule Felss Masino, CEO of Sprinkles; Michelle Olenicls, general property manager of Hines; and Cindy Giordano Taylor, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications of CBRE. The Century City Chamber of Commerce Women's Business Council (WBC) recognizes women in the Century City community whose dedication to professionalism and commitment to excellence are an inspiration to all. Each year, the WBC selects six professional career women who strive to make their communities stronger, mentor other women in their career and raise funds and awareness for a multitude of non-profit and charitable organizations.
