Weslee Release New Song 'Tongue Tied'

Enigmatic duo Josh and Emma (aka WESLEE) have unveiled their beautifully melancholic new single 'Tongue Tied' ahead of their eagerly anticipated performance at Annie Mac's AMP event on 22nd February. Performing at the Jazz Cafe, the duo will be joined by Jessie Ware and Sunflower Bean, as well as BBC Radio 1 tastemaker herself, Annie Mac.

A wonderfully down-tempo track crafted through deep bass-backed chords, and sultry female vocal tones, 'Tongue Tied' focuses on the overwhelming feelings of love and infatuation in a relationship, and follows WESLEE's previous release 'Boy Like You' which was accompanied by an official video directed by Alexandra Gavillet, known for her recent work with Khalid, Hailey Baldwin, Dua Lipa, Issarae, Pusha T, and more.

Having catapulted themselves into the mainstream eye with debut track 'Gassed', which was the subject of high critical acclaim, WESLEE scored a wealth of support from industry heavyweights such as BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong & Danny Howard. The station awarded the track the honour of their prestigious 'Hottest Record in the World. With follow up-track 'Bathwater' further recognised by Annie Mac, Mistajam and Huw Stephens.

A rich electronic production which focuses on dreamy synth anlogues, 'Tongue Tied' is out now, ahead of WESLEE's sold out Jazz Cafe show.
