Today (1/10), alternative pop singer/songwrite-LISA HELLER-announces her upcoming project in collaboration with #ICANHELP; a campaign designed to "educate and empower students to use social media positively." The music video, slated for release on Friday, February 2, became a part of #ICANHELP's initiative after HELLER was named an ambassador for their annual #Digital4Good event at Twitter HQ.
HELLER represented the #ICANHELP cause at the Nickelodeon HALO Awards in November 2017. As a result, from her activism, "Light the Fire" has already been selected for 10 major TV placements in 2018, including shows on E! TV, MTV, Netflix, Discovery and A&E. It promotes positive messages by "lighting your own fire" and will be released through Kobalt's AWAL. LISA HELLER says of her work with #ICANHELP: "I'm honored to be an ambassador for #icanhelp. This organization is dedicated to building leaders and positive environments, and my single "Light the Fire" shows how everyone can get involved to inspire change. I loved meeting the student winners of the Digital4Good campaign, an #icanhelp event held at Twitter headquarters. #icanhelp chose my single "Light the Fire" for their upcoming campaign, and features these students in the official music video." 21-year-old alternative-pop singer LISA HELLER started writing music when she was only fourteen. Songs helped her work through her tough adolescent years battling anxiety and low self-esteem. She vowed to find the positives in overcoming adversity by writing songs that would inspire peers going through similar experiences.Videos
