RCA Inspiration Shines Bright at the 47th Annual GMA Dove Awards

RCA Inspiration has announced that it took hometwo awards at the 47th Annual GMA Dove Awards last night.

Kirk Franklin (Fo Yo Soul Recordings / RCA Records, pictured) dominated the gospel categories, marking his 18th Dove Award of his career with two wins for "Gospel Artist of The Year" and "Contemporary Gospel Album of The Year" for LOSING MY RELIGION.

Travis Greene's first Dove Awards will be a memorable one. Nominated for three awards including the coveted "Best New Artist" category, Greene also co-hosted the pre-telecast with singer Blanca and performed his chart-topping single "Intentional" on the awards show. Donnie McClurkin, Donald Lawrence and Le'Andria Johnson also made appearances on the show.

The GMA Dove Awards will air on Sunday, October 16th, 2016 on TBN.
