Repertwa (http://repertwa.com), a new website aimed at contemporary Musical Theatre composers, performers, collectors and enthusiasts has gone live. Repertwa is an online store where composers can sell their sheet music, recordings and backing tracks to an audience looking for new and exciting material may otherwise be difficult to find.

Unlike other services for composers, Repertwa has no restrictions on who can sell their music and invites writers all over the world who write music for musical theatre to list their material. Repertwa currently lists the music of four New York-based composers; Paul Fujimoto, Jason Loffredo, Zach Redler and Brett Schrier.

Amongst the high level of sheet music trading within the community, Repertwa provides a place to honestly obtain new material while supporting the artists. Within moments of finding the right song, a performer can have the sheet music in their hands in a key that suits.

Tyson Armstrong, the Australian-based musical theatre enthusiast is responsible for creating Repertwa. "YouTube plays a huge role in getting new music to performers all around the world. It's clear that we need a way to complete the loop and allow anyone to quickly and honestly get the sheet music for performance."
