EviscerArt to Play City Winery Chicago, 9/21

After raves and sell-out performances at last spring's Chicago Flamenco Festival, music and dance trio EviscerArt brings its award-winning Spanish jazz-flamenco production to the West Loop for a Sunday matinee. The performance is Sunday, Sept. 21, 2 p.m. at City Winery Chicago, 1200 W. Randolph Street. Tickets, $25 general admission, go on sale Thursday, August 21 at noon at 312-733-WINE (9463) or at www.citywinery.com/chicago/.

The award-winning Spanish flamenco production EviscerArt - starring dancer Vanesa Aibar, guitarist Eduardo Pacheco and pianist and singer Cristian de Moret - debuted this spring at the Chicago Flamenco Festival to two sold out audiences and standing ovations. In this production, three minds work together to bring traditional flamenco with jazz highlights, culminating in the purist of sounds in final piece "El Silencio" (Silence), the work that won Second Prize for Solo Choreography at the XXI Flamenco Choreography Competition of Madrid.

All City Winery Chicago events are open to all ages.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, August 21 at noon. Members of City Winery Chicago's signature VinoFile program now have access to ticket sales, in addition to receiving: a waiver of ticket service fees; 50% off valet parking; Restaurant Loyalty Rewards, such as a free pair of VIP concert tickets for every $500 spent on food & beverage in the restaurant; exclusive membership-only events; and access to the proprietary City Winery Virtual Sommelier, which helps make suggestions for wines one might enjoy based on past consumption at the venue.

To purchase concert tickets or for more information on becoming a VinoFile member, please call (312) 733-WINE (9463) or visit www.citywinery.com/chicago/.
