USAToday.com reports that DJ Khaled is teaming up with the Queen Bee Beyoncé herself on her Formation world tour, serving as the opening act.

"I want to thank the incomparable icon Beyoncé for this tremendous opportunity of a lifetime," the producer, artist and Apple Music radio host wrote. "Your music is the soundtrack to so many people's lives across the globe. Your legacy is a blueprint for the young generation to follow and strive to be. You are the true definition of a superstar. Thank you so much for inviting me on your stage. I promise you this! I'm gonna rip it down so legendary!"

The Formation world tour opens in Miami on April 27. Beyoncé's surprise documentary, Lemonade, will precede the tour, airing on HBO Saturday (9 p.m. ET/6 PT). The hourlong event is, unfortunately, not a live concert, however. Per an HBO executive, it will be a docu-style special similar to her 2014 HBO special, Life is But a Dream.
