Carrie Underwood just released her new single "Smoke Break" -- about how we all need a chance step back and relax from our hectic lives -- from her upcoming album STORYTELLER. Click here for a first listen!
The country star hosted a Facebook Q&A today to celebrate, and in it talked about balancing her life since the March birth of her first child, Isaiah Michael, with husband Mike Fisher.
"It's hard," the American Idol winner wrote. "Between life and work and everything in between, sometimes we can get a little run down. I do think taking breaks here and there just to go do something for yourself is important. They don't have to be long complicated vacations or anything like that. Just 5 minutes every once-in-a-while can be a major help."STORYTELLER is slated for release on October 23, 2015. Her past albums include PLAY ON, CARNIVAL RIDE and SOME HEARTS.
