Associated Chamber Music Players Announces October as ACMP Drop-in Month

Associated Chamber Music Players (ACMP) announces October as ACMP Drop-in and Play Month! This new program is a great way to gather together, meet new friends, and work on a favorite piece of music.The Associate Chamber Music Players hope that ACMP Drop-in and Play Month will be new way to honor the spirit of ACMP's founders by getting players together to explore great music in a very focused and "low maintenance" way.

"Drop-in" players will focus on one piece of music with ACMP any day in the month of October. Unlike a "Play-in," the musician will spend the time working with an ensemble of players on the selected piece, prepared in advance. Musicians will reach out to others in their area with whom they don't regularly play. Participants don't have to be ACMP members - all musicians are encouraged to join!
