The new Japanese restaurant SUSHI ROXX promises to take the Dinner Theater experience to Tokyo and back each evening. Located within The Tuscany Hotel, a St. Giles Boutique Hotel in Midtown East, this new style supper club will satisfy all your senses, from the beautifully curated sushi menu to vibrant live entertainment by the talented servers.

During multiple dinner seatings, guests will be invited to enjoy POP ROXX, a nightly spectacle where the wait staff seamlessly slip from being your servers into the spotlight. As guests dine, the talented servers "Flash Mob" to numbers choreographed by former Pussycat Dolls star Asia Nitollano.

Jason Apfelbaum, CEO of ROXX Hospitality Corp., turned to veteran designer DeVinn Bruce to create the exotic, visually enticing and entertaining adventure within and called upon fashion icon Betsey Johnson to design the uniforms for each member of the wait staff. In addition to the live choreographed entertainment, the main dining room and lounge in the restaurant will come alive each night, with Asian cityscapes projected behind guests, dragons weaving in and out of the walls, and pillars being transformed into flowing waterfalls.

While the staff is kept busy with serving through the sexy choreography, Executive Chef Edwin Purnomo will be busy in the kitchen preparing his signature sushi offerings. Highlights from the raw menu include Original Roxx Boxx (salmon tomato, avocado cucumber, spicy tuna crunch and yellowtail jalapeno) as well as rolls, such as the White Dragon (eel, picked squash, avocado, cucumber and cream cheese), Spice Girl (salmon, pickled jalapeno, crunch basil and aioli) and Mr. Miyagi (avocado, cucumber, Japanese pickle, sprouts, burdock and sriracha).

Gary Wallach, formerly of Morgans Hotel Group & Apartment 13, has been named Bar Director of SUSHI ROXX and will create a diverse, flavorful and eye popping program that blends classic cocktails with innovative ideas all while incorporating Asian flavors and fresh ingredients.

SUSHI ROXX's resident DJ Mokalicious will spin hits nightly at the restaurant-night club hybrid.

SUSHI ROXX Is located within The Tuscany Hotel, 120 East 39thStreet (between Park and Lexington) New York, NY 10016. Call 212.726.9500 or visit their web site at http://www.sushiroxxnyc.com/.
