In connection with its Random Acts of Kindness Events, Wayman Publishing is featuring Andrew Cyrus Hudson the beginning of May 2013. "When I felt like giving up," says author EC Stilson, "Hudson encouraged me to keep going. He's an author who gives selflessly without asking for anything in return." Sources even say that Hudson has given Stilson wonderful insights to help her gain a large social media following. And as shown on his blog, his marketing ideas are quite ingenious. For example: Stilson recently won one of Hudson's book contests, and will be written into Hudson's upcoming book as an actual character.

Not only is Hudson a kind-hearted person, he's an extremely talented author whose works are as eclectic as his life.

His first novel "Drift," a psychological thriller that was part drama, mystery, and slasher, was heralded as "an admirable debut novel that demonstrates the promise Andrew C. Hudson has for a brilliant career writing fiction" (Nylon Admiral) and was a "well-written and a compelling read." (Reader Jots). He further cemented his career in 2012 with the gritty sci-fi short story The Porcelain Man in Saffina Desforges Presents...(The Kindle Coffee-Break Collection Vol. 2). Later on he published yet another short story, the dark thriller Highway in the multi-author horror anthology Somewhere in The Shadows. His most recent work, the three-part novel Poem for the Wolves, is an epic science-fiction adventure novel that has plenty of action, poetry, and human moments.

Born October 16th, 1987 in Santa Monica, Hudson spent a majority of his life in both the San Bernardino Mountains as well as the San Fernando Valley. He had also spent time traveling around the world with his family while his dad acted in different shows and films, occasionally living in places such as Manhattan and Australia.

His jobs outside of writing are a hodgepodge of various adventures. From being a production assistant on ABC Family's smash hit The Secret Life of the American Teenager, to a comic book clerk, to a producer for a play.

Ready to take on new adventures and opportunities, Hudson is preparing for two more works in 2013. Off the Record, the novella sequel to Drift which combines John Hughes dramadies such as She's Having a Baby and rock and roll autobiographies. And Strange Happenings, a down-to-earth collection of science-fiction stories that's equal parts heart and technology.

Wayman Publishing is proud to feature this author on their website. He's been kind to so many fellow authors and readers alike.
