Tony Ughy Pens MIRACLES, MEDITATION, AND A HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS

"Miracles, Meditation, and a Higher Consciousness: A Guide to Enlightenment" (published by Balboa Press AU) starts by taking readers on author Tony Ughy's personal journey of miracles to raise awareness of the spiritual world.

"I explain how a higher consciousness is important to receiving miracles in your own life and the importance of meditation," Ughy says. "I then outlined meditation techniques that were taught to me by my spiritual guides when I was a teenager. And the last section of the book is about understanding the physical world or matrix we have created."

Ughy says he was inspired to write the book after a spiritual encounter one night. "I became overwhelmed and instructed by my spiritual guide to write a book," he explains. "When your spiritual destiny (knocks) on your door, there is no retreat."

His hope is that the book will spark a journey within the reader to explore their own spirituality to search out answers through meditation and lift their consciousness to new heights. "I want us all to realise that we are all spiritual entities. We have all come from and will return to the same place," he says. "If you have the slightest belief that you are a spiritual being, then explore that belief."
