Original Works Publishing will release David Robson's powerful new play "Playing the Assassin" just in time for players to report to camp for the new football season.
"Playing the Assassin" is a two-hander for actors of color, loosely based on the true story of Jack Tatum, who paralyzed fellow football player Darryl Stingley with a hard hit during a 1978 pre-season game. The play delves deep and explores hero worship, hard hits and forgiveness.
The play is available for pre-order now for only $7.99 and copies will ship in time for kickoff 2017. https://www.originalworksonline.com/PlayingTheAssassin
