“The Little Book of MORE: The Evolution of You” (published by Balboa Press) by new author Lynda Reid, EdD, PCC, is a guide to moving beyond being overwhelmed by multitasking and the numbness of routine to exploring, owning and living one’s potential. The book is available for purchase at: https://www.amazon.com/Little-Book-More-Evolution-You/dp/1982208767.

The book shares Reid’s life’s journey and her continuing desire to inspire and support others to be “MORE” themselves. MORE is an acronym for four essential elements Reid says are necessary to evolve and live their potential. Using her system, Reid helps readers explore how to create meaning, own their potential, foster positive relationships and learn to respect all of their emotions.

“I created the concept of MORE to capture the wisdom and research of thought leaders such as Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Brene Brown, Martin Seligman, Viktor Frankl and Stephen Covey whose work and words inspired me to explore and expand my potential,” Reid explains. “I want readers to find that one concept of MORE that speaks to them and inspires them.”
