It is through the inspiration coming from God Almighty that propelled author George Schnaider to compose a collection of lyrical pieces that vividly relays his "Impressions and Expressions" (published by Xlibris) concerning life - its beauty and its perils.

A near fatal accident way back in 1984 was the message God used to open Schnaider's eyes to have a deeper understanding of his existence in this world. With the recovery from the injury he sustained, came a clearer perception of the events that God allowed to happen in his life and the lessons of such experiences he had. He gives God all the credits for his existence and his survival, and his poems echo his soulful sentiments and testimonies.

"One day I came to understand life," Schnaider shares, "I came to understand why things happened to me in the past. I came to understand why things are happening to me now, and I came to understand what to expect in the future."

Bearing the messages of hope, love and compassion, his "Impressions and Expressions" are more than just a collection of well-articulated lyrical verses; it is a man's expression of his beliefs and feelings that were stirred after having a pronounced and grounded comprehension and appreciation of life. "Impressions and Expressions" is a profound testament to the author's views based on a life blessed by God.
