Rosa Livingstone, CHt. finds satisfaction in helping others solve their challenges. Becoming a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2006 gave her the opportunity to be trained to help others heal their sabotaging habits and patterns by exploring their thoughts and perceptions imprinted from childhood. This passion also prompted her to write "Self-Sabotage: The Art of Screwing Up: Understanding the How, Where, When, and WHY We All Do It!" (published by Balboa Press in September of 2016).

Set for a new marketing campaign, the book helps to enlighten everyone to their habit of self-sabotaging their goals and dreams which everyone does. To understand the behavior, they must understand why they do it, and then where it began in order to address how to change it.

Using examples from her personal journey and from stories of her hypnotherapy clients, she offers simple tools and ideas on how to shift from being self-critical to self-accepting. Livingstone shows how to face self-defeating thoughts and habits, take responsibility for them, and stop the cycle of self-abuse and sabotage.

"We are all interested in human behavior and in this age of information, we want to know how to shift/change ourselves for the better," Livingstone points out. "Because self-sabotage is something we all have in common, readers will discover they are not alone as well as discover that they can change."

"At the end of this process, it will be up to you to choose to move towards living the life you want, using all that is inherently amazing within you, versus letting the life you're living now control you and prevent you from spreading your wings. It's time to fall madly and deeply in love with yourself, for only then will you see how amazing you are."
