Art Book Emphasizes Need Of Truth, Honesty Today

Using words in an artistically poetic fashion, author Richard Delgado pens "Art Proverbs" (published by Xlibris), an art book that deals with honesty and truth and incorporates poetic truisms meant to express the common sense of living skillfully.

Illustrating the reality of life, Delgado expresses his perspective by highlighting on important qualities needed by a person in his or her attempt to attain success individually and in family life. In a corrupted society that only gets worse with every passing year, the author thinks that the book opens the door to fairness and perfectly depicts the reality of true family life.

"I would like my readers to have a positive change of heart and for them to be encouraged to become better people for society," the author says.

Delgado's main inspiration in writing the book is the creation of God itself. "When I take walks by the ocean and parks in the area, I am blown away by how everything we see is so skillfully and deliberately created, and I am even more amazed when I think of how much that Creator cares about us personally," Delgado adds.
