Animanga Expo 2018 Announces Los Angeles Convention City

ANIMANGA EXPO, the world's premiere gathering for everything anime, manga, and gaming. The only attendee-interaction cosplay competition in the world. Fans, industry professionals, and media gather to experience the sole convention where interaction between guests and cosplayers is central to the event. While enjoying the panels and performances, playing games on the PC, consoles, mobile platforms, and testing virtual reality headsets, badge holders will be able to vote on their choice for the best cosplayer at Animanga Expo 2018.

Many publishers are scheduled to host panels and display their upcoming releases with more to be announced in the coming weeks. Animanga is teaming up with well-known Youtube personalities to offer their perspective on the video game community via panels discussions. All attendees will have a chance to ask their questions of panelists. In addition to Q&As with in-person attendees, fans around the world can visit Animanga-Expo.com to watch select panels on Facebook Live, and submit questions to be answered by participating panelists and game teams.    

Arcade & Gaming

Have more fun here than at any other convention. Play games, compete, and win a variety of prizes. There's more to do than just walk around. Free-play arcade machines, PCs and consoles will be available. Enjoy games such as Pac-Man, Dance Dance Revolution, and Call of Duty. Gaming competitions will also be held at specific hours. Fight it out 1v1 with game such as Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Super Smash Bros.

TRADITIONAL FESTIVAL GAMES

Enjoy a bit of Japanese culture by playing traditional games such as goldfish scooping and water balloon catching.

TRIVIA COMPETITION

Show off your knowledge of all things otaku. Form groups for those moments when a title is on the tip of your tongue but you just can't think of it. Competitions will be held at specific hours.

CARD GAMES

Take a seat and battle it out! We are working on forming tournaments for card games such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Cardfight! Vanguard.

Access to the Animanga Expo 2018 will be open to all ticketed attendees, with priority entry given to Platinum and VIP badge holders. Tickets are now available at http://www.Animanga-Expo.com. Live streams of select panels will be available on Facebook Live and the Animanga website.
