Road Less Traveled to Offer Three New Series During 2016-17 Season
Road Less Traveled Productions (RLTP) will offer additional entertainment and programming during its 2016-2017 season.
Beginning in September, RLTP will off patrons three new series in addition to its 2016-2017 season productions:
Dinner & Show Packages:
RLTP will offer one Saturday evening dinner and a performance package during each production of its season. Dinners, catered by Buffalo's own Encore Restaurant, will take place prior to a performance in the Road Less Traveled Theater. Packages are $250 and include dinner, dessert, and choice of beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverages as well as two tickets to that evening's performance. (Subscribers who wish to purchase will receive a discount on packages.) A selection of dinner options available including vegetarian.
Wednesday Evening Jazz Series:
RLTP is excited to announce its Wednesday Evening Jazz Series in collaboration with JazzBuffalo providing a full schedule of artist performances in the Road Less Traveled Theater Lobby Bar. RLTP will kick-off the series with special guests Phil DiRe and Friends with special guest Bobby Militello on Wednesday September 14th at 7:00pm. Performances will take place during a run of a season production. A full schedule will be available online at roadlesstraveledproductions.org. All performances will begin at 7:00pm with a cover charge of $10 per person.
Eclectic Mayhem Late Night Improv Comedy Series:
Fall 2016, RLTP will offer Eclectic Mayhem, an improv comedy series on Saturday nights in collaboration with Buffalo's own Eclectic Improv Company. The season will begin with a series of Eclectic Improv Company late-night performances beginning at 10:00pm (following a regular scheduled RLTP season performance).
Early 2017, Eclectic Improv Company will join forces with area colleges to offer a full college improv tournament. The college improv tournament will take place January - May 2017 during RLTP season productions. Grand prize-winning college with have the opportunity to perform with Eclectic Improv Company. A full schedule is available online at roadlesstraveledproductions.org. (dates subject to change). Admission for performances are $15 general/$10 students.
