The River Park Foundation is celebrating the Cobble Hill community with From Brooklyn With Love!, a free event open to the public on June 7th. The event will take place at Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park from 4-8:00 P.M.

Attendees will spend the evening immersed by River Park, Brooklyn's newest waterfront district that will be shaped by striking architecture, epic skyline to river views, coveted indoor and outdoor amenities, and expansive parks. Guests will be introduced to the area's coveted local businesses, sample delicious food, and enjoy special appearances by beloved Broadway performers Chesney Snow and Marcus Paul James and delight in acoustic performances by iconic bands Daughtry and Bleachers.

Local businesses participating in the event include: With Love, From Brooklyn, showcasing curated deluxe gift boxes featuring bona fide Brooklyn artisan treats and goods; Fornino, the exclusive restaurant on Pier 6 known for artisanal, wood-fired pizzas; The Ally Coalition, which provides critical support for grassroots non-profit organizations dedicated to bettering the lives of LGBTQ youth through tours, special events, and collaborative partnerships; and more to be announced.

With sweeping views of Manhattan, the spacious lawns of Pier 6 at Brooklyn Bridge Park provide the perfect backdrop to take in acoustic performances by Daughtry and Bleachers and enjoy all aspects of this event including many giveaways and giant games for families. All Cobble Hill residents will receive express entry by skipping the line and showing their ID.

Located at the crossroads of Brooklyn's most idyllic neighborhoods, including Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Bridge Park and Brooklyn Heights, River Park includes restored landmarks, contemporary townhomes and sculptural towers that float above the cityscape.

"At River Park, we are creating more than just a residential destination; we are bringing an entirely new lifestyle experience to this iconic Brooklyn neighborhood," said Jonathan Landau, CEO of Fortis Property Group. "The masterplan is envisioned by a dream team of the best creative minds in architecture and design, and collectively we have created a thoughtful series of unique properties both suitable for the waterfront yet made with a pallet of traditional materials common to Cobble Hill."

Developed by Fortis Property Group, this is one of the largest redevelopment projects in New York City since the launch of Hudson Yards. Spanning nearly one million-square-feet, River Park will be comprised of seven unique properties, which will form a thoughtful ensemble of individualized architectural approaches.
