IDW Entertainment and Universal Cable Productions announced today they are co-developing IDW Publishing's horror comic book, Night Mary, created by Rick Remender and Kieron Dwyer, as a live-action television series. Internationally acclaimed actress Michelle Fairley, best known for her role as Catelyn Stark on HBO's “Game of Thrones,” will return -- in more ways than one -- to network television this fall, in a season-long arc on ABC's hit series, “Resurrection.” The second-season premiere of “Resurrection” will air SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) on the network.

Today at the Television Critics Association Press Tour, PBS announced the production of its newest science series, THE BRAIN WITH DR. DAVID EAGLEMAN (w.t.), six one-hour episodes that tell the story of the inner workings of the brain and take viewers on a visually spectacular journey into why they feel and think the things they do. The show will premiere in 2015 as part of the PBS 'Think Wednesday' lineup of science and nature programming.

PBS announced today at the Television Critics Association Press Tour a new documentary about the transformation of U.S. Navy frogmen into the warrior elite Navy SEALs. NAVY SEALS - THEIR UNTOLD STORY premieres on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2014, 9:00-11:00 p.m. ET. Despite the widespread attention paid to the SEALs (Sea, Air and Land) since they eliminated Osama bin Laden, the story of how these clandestine commandoes evolved in response to changing threats - from WWII to the War on Terror - and how their extraordinary abilities shaped U.S. and world history, has remained untold. Ken Burns's upcoming film, THE ROOSEVELTS: AN INTIMATE HISTORY, marks the first time the Roosevelts' individual stories have been woven into a single narrative, following the family's story for more than a century, from Theodore's birth in 1858 to Eleanor's death in 1962. Over the course of those years, Theodore would become the 26th president of the United States and his beloved niece, Eleanor, would marry her fifth cousin, Franklin, who became the 32nd president. Together, they redefined the relationship Americans had with their government and with each other, and redefined, as well, the role of the United States within the wider world.

The panels kick off with Emmy(R)-nominated series 'Key & Peele' (stars Keegan-Michael-Key, Jordan Peele, Director Peter Atencio and moderated by Thomas Lennon) followed by the panel for upcoming animated series 'Moonbeam City' (creator and Executive Producer Scott Gairdner and Executive Producer Tommy Blacha). From 1971 to 1973, he had secretly recorded his private conversations, purportedly 'for the purpose of historical record,' but in the wake of the Watergate Scandal the revelation of the tapes led to his downfall.
