When it comes to either their signature pop-classical mashups - or their politics for that matter - Well-Strung, The Singing String Quartet, wears its heart on its sleeve. For the first single from their upcoming new album titled 'POPssical', due out in early October, the group debuts their new music video 'Chelsea's Mom' today on YouTube. The video is Well-Strung's inventive take on the Fountains of Wayne hit 'Stacy's Mom', reimagined as a tribute to 2016 Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The musical arrangement for strings is by Well-Strung with lyrics by Well-Strung, Jeffery Roberson & Jacques Lamarre. The video was filmed by Blake Drummond, edited by Randy Rainbow and was produced by Mark Cortale, Matt Farber and Well-Strung.

As announced this week, the full cast of Bay Street Theater & Dreamworks Theatricals' upcoming concert reading of the musical adaptation of THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, featuring book by Philip LaZebnik (Mulan, Pocahontas), and music & lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Godspell, The Hunchback of Notre Dame), has officially been revealed.

USA Network today announced a second season pickup of the captivating one-hour original drama series MR. ROBOT, ahead of the series premiere tonight at 10/9c. The second season, which will include a minimum of 10 episodes, will air in 2016.

According to Deadline, stage favorite Lily Rabe has been tapped to lead the cast of the upcoming independent film MISS STEVENS, described as a 'coming-of-age/character and life study.' Julia Hart will direct the film, which she co-wrote alongside Jordan Horowitz.

In an effort to increase sampling of ABC Family's groundbreaking new docuseries, “Becoming Us,” sister cable networks Fusion and Lifetime will air key episodes. Fusion will air multiple catch-up stacks of episodes one, two and three on Friday, June 26th beginning at 8:00 p.m. (encoring at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT) and Saturday, June 27th beginning at 8:00 p.m. (encoring at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT), and Lifetime will air episode four on Tuesday, June 30th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, prior to episode four airing on ABC Family. “Becoming Us” airs Mondays at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

NBCUniversal today announced its cross portfolio partnership with Benefit Cosmetics around the upcoming Syfy Original Movie, “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!,” the network's latest installment of the global pop culture sensation. Benefit Cosmetics' campaign, promotes the #1 best-selling prestige mascara in the US*, They're Real! mascara, which will have a cameo in “Sharknado 3”. In addition to on-screen “Sharknado 3” integrations, Benefit's They're Real! Mascara will anchor a custom vignette featuring the film's Tara Reid and Bravo's “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'” Kyle Richards as they fight off a Sharknado attack. NBC Sports Group presents live coverage of the USA Track & Field Outdoor Championships this weekend beginning Friday, June 26, at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN and continuing on NBC this Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, at 4 p.m. ET. Eleven new teams began the journey of a lifetime this morning when THE AMAZING RACE kicked off its 27thtrip around the world in Venice Beach, Calif. After completing their first challenge, the teams are now en route to their first destination, Rio de Janeiro.
