The Park Theatre's River Street Theatre (RST) announced that they will present in June a film festival of three films to honor acclaimed actor of the macabre, Vincent Price. The films include The Bat (Saturday, June 2), The Last Man on Earth (Saturday, June 9) and The House on Haunted Hill (Saturday, June 16). All films will be shown at 7 pm.

Production has begun on “Maleficent II,” a sequel to the 2014 global box office hit “Maleficent,” at Pinewood Studios and on locations throughout the U.K.. Brooklyn-based composer of post-genre electro-acoustic music William Brittelle, along with indie-rock duo Wye Oak and New York City-based group Metropolis Ensemble led by Andrew Cyr, will perform Brittelle's Spiritual America, a series of electro-acoustic orchestral art songs exploring issues of secular spirituality in American culture, at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, August 5. This performance will be the West Coast premiere of Spiritual America and will open an evening featuring Bon Iver & TU Dance, whose unprecedented collaboration titled 'Come Through' will also be a West Coast premiere.

The Flaming Lips announce their first official “hits” collection on Warner Bros. Records to be released on June 1.
