On May 26th, Turner Contemporary will open a major solo exhibition of Tracey Emin's work titled, She Lay Down Deep Beneath the Sea. This exhibition was conceived specially for Margate, where Emin grew up and the source of inspiration for many of her works.

Opera Idaho announces an all-Boise cast for its July performances of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma! in Concert. Baritone Jason Detwiler and soprano Jena Carpenter will play the lead roles, Curly and Laurey, in performances July 13 and 15 at 7:00pm at the Idaho Botanical Garden.

Westport Country Playhouse and Meryl L. Moss Media Relations, Inc. are partnering to enrich the theater-going experience with a new literary salon series called "Books Worth Talking About!" Launching in June, the program will feature a pre-show discussion with prominent authors followed by a performance of a Playhouse production. The themes of the literary salons and theatrical productions will complement each other.
