The New York Times has just cleared up the speculation has whether original Spider-Man creator Julie Taymor would attend the opening, having been replaced by Philip William McKinley back in March.

The ceremony, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, posted year-to-year gains in adults 18-49. Airing opposite Game 6 of the NBA Finals on ABC, the Tony Awards were second in households (4.5/07), viewers (6.92m) and adults 25-54 (1.6/04) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.2/03, with NBC).
