As BroadwayWorld previously reported on November 2, award-winning Leslie Jordan, celebrated as one of the funniest men in Hollywood, is set to take the West End by storm in 2011 with the transfer from New York of his acclaimed one-man show, MY TRIP DOWN THE PINK CARPET. We have now learned that the show will play the Apollo Theatre in February.

BroadwayWorld.com has just learned that Driving Miss Daisy star, Vanessa Redgrave, will be returning to the show tonight after missing several performances this week due to a case of the flu.

The Public Theater (Oskar Eustis, Artistic Director; Andrew D. Hamingson, Executive Director) announced ticket information today for the third Public Forum event, 'The Public Forum: Sondheim/Kushner,' held at the New York University's Skirball Center on Monday, November 29 at 8 p.m. Curated by Jeremy McCarter, The Public Forum is an exciting new series of lectures, debates and conversations that showcase leading voices in the arts, politics and the media. Tickets are $25 and currently on sale to Public Theater members. Any remaining single tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, November 17.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) is pleased to announce the full company of The Milk Train Doesn't Stop Here Anymore, by Tennessee Williams, directed by Michael Wilson. The cast will include Curtis Billings (Giulio), Elisa Bocanegra (Simonetta), Olympia Dukakis (Flora Goforth), Edward Hibbert (Witch of Capri), Maggie Lacey (Frances Black), Darren Pettie (Christopher Flanders).

Chris Jones reports in the Chicago Tribune that the Whoopi Goldberg-produced White Noise may be getting its pre-Broadway try-out in Chicago sometime in the very near future. White Noise director Sergio Trujillo tells the Tribune: 'I think we're going to get it up in Chicago...Soon.'

Bells Are Ringing, the opening Encores! production of the 2010-11 season, with music by Jule Styne and book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, will run November 18-21 at New York City Center. Bells Are Ringing is directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall with music direction by Rob Berman and stars Kelli O'Hara and Will Chase.

Stephen Sondheim's much anticipated book, 'Finishing the Hat', compiles his lyrics from the past 50 years and give readers a look into his personal life as well as his remarkable productions. The book hit stores on October 26, 2010. In anticipation of it's launch, Sondheim recently hosted a book party at Chartwell Booksellers in Manhattan with some of his closest friends. Film and television icon Pee-wee Herman (Paul Reubens) brings his signature brand of hilarious mayhem to Broadway for a special limited engagement of the acclaimed stage play, The Pee-wee Herman Show. The producers of the 2008 Tony and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical In The Heights are happy to announce that original cast members Christopher Jackson and Seth Stewart will join Lin-Manuel Miranda and return for the musical's final weeks on Broadway at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street). As previously announced In The Heights will play its final Broadway performance Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 7pm, with Seth Stewart re-joining the cast on Monday, December 6, Christopher Jackson re-joining the cast on Monday, December 20, and Tony Award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda re-joining the cast on Saturday, December 25, 2010. All three original stars will play through the final performance on Sunday, January 9, 2011.

RAIN - A Tribute to The Beatles On Broadway was extended by popular demand and will now run through Sunday, January 9 at the Neil Simon Theatre (250 West 52nd Street). On Monday, November 8th, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation honored Julie Andrews along with Grammy® Award Winners John Legend, John Mayer and The ASCAP Foundation.
