Jessica has worked in theater for nearly ten years. She has worked in theatrical production for the producers of STOMP, DAMN YANKEES, NUNSENSE, DINNER WITH FRIENDS and more, and for over 5 years has been involved in the Whoopi Goldberg-produced White Noise, having discovered the production at the 2006 New York Musical Theatre Festival. She has since helped foster its growth through multiple large-scale workshops and two major commercial productions as an Associate Producer. After dedicating many years to theatrical and live entertainment production work that has taken her all over the world in 2009 she assumed the post of Senior Managing Editor at BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theater site on the net, for which she controls operations, routinely interviews Broadway's A-list talent and films/edits a bulk of the sites popular BWW TV content. She is a graduate of Brown University and has worked professionally in production for the Brown University Department of Theatre, Speech and Dance, Rights and Reasons Theatre, the New York Theatre Workshop and more.

The St. Louis Municipal Theatre (Muny), the oldest open-air theater in the United States, has announced their 2011 summer season. Shows include: The Muny premiere of Legally Blonde (June 20 - 26); Kiss Me, Kate (June 27 - July 3); The Little Mermaid (July 6 - 14); Singin' in the Rain (July 18 - 24); Little Shop of Horrors (July 25 - 31); Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (August 1 - 7); and Bye Bye Birdie (August 8 - 14).

The 84th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, the nation's most cherished procession, returns with a dazzling dose of spectacle, enchantment and tradition as the parade route travels down 7th and 6th Avenue to Macy's Herald Square. This year's parade celebration will air on NBC and CBS from 9:00 a.m.- noon in all time zones.

Julie Taymor is at the helm of a new film adaptation of THE TEMPEST, to be released nationwide December 17. The film was shot in Hawaii with stars Helen Mirren (Prospera), Alfred Molina (Stephano), Ben Whishaw (Ariel), FeliciTy Jones (Miranda), Russell Brand (Trinculo), Djimon Hounsou (Caliban), Alan Cumming (Sebastian), Chris Cooper (Antonio), and David Strathairn (Alonso).

On June 2, 2010, President Barack Obama presented former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney with the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, awarded by the Library of Congress, in the East Room of the White House. The prize, named for American songwriting brothers George and Ira Gershwin, has been awarded annually since 2008 to a musician who has made exceptional contributions to the world of popular song. The prize's first recipient was Paul Simon. Last year, Stevie Wonder received the award.

DIETRICH & CHEVALIER: The Musical, the hit musical by Jerry Mayer, starring Robert Cuccioli, Jodi Stevens and Donald Corren, will conclude its Off-Broadway run Sunday, December 26th at St. Luke's Theatre, 308 West 46th Street (between Eighth & Ninth Ave.) DIETRICH & CHEVALIER: The Musical began performances June 5th, with the opening night on June 20th.

LOST star Matthew Fox and THE GHOST WRITER's Olivia Williams will star in the world premiere production of Neil LaBute's IN A FOREST, DARK AND DEEP. LaBute will direct the production as well which is set to begin previews at the West End Vaudeville theater on March 3, 2010 before opening on March 14, 2010. The show will play 12 weeks, and tickets for the first week will be on sale via lastminute.com. Fox and Williams recently met the press to talk all things FOREST. Pasek and Paul wrote 'Edges' when they were undergraduate students, majoring in musical theatre, at the University of Michigan. Originally written with four actors (playing various characters), the musical poses these perennial rants: 'Who Am I?' and 'Who Do I Want to Become?' Confronting emotions, escaping expectations, and deciphering complicated relationships--the songs cover universal issues such as love, commitment, identity, and meaning. One of its more popular songs is 'Be My Friend', also commonly known as the 'Facebook Song'.

New to GLEE's McKinley High, Darren Criss is certainly already making a name for himself. After making his GLEE debut in the November 9 episode, Darren Criss will reportedly join the cast as a series regular. According to the Associated Press, Criss as signed on to not only finish his guest stint this season, but join the cast as a regular for season three.

Tonight, November 23, the winner will be named and take home the coveted mirror ball trophy.
