The cast is set for the Young Vic Production of Arthur Miller's "A View From the Bridge" produced by Center Theatre Group at the Ahmanson Theatre. Directed by Ivo van Hove, "A View From the Bridge" will begin previews on September 7, with the opening set for September 14, 2016. Performances continue through October 16. The cast includes, in alphabetical order, Danny Binstock, Catherine Combs, Alex Esola, Andrus Nichols, Howard W. Overshown, Dave Register, Thomas Jay Ryan and Frederick Weller. The scenic and lighting design is by Jan Versweyveld, costumes are by An D'Huys and sound is by Tom Gibbons. The production stage manager is David S. Bay Street Theater has just announced that MY FAIR LADY will be extended through September 4 due to popular demand. The classic musical has book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. It is based on the play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw and Gabriel Pascal's motion picture. The production is directed by Michael Arden, Tony Award nominee and Outer Critics Circle Award-winner for Best Director of a Musical for the Broadway revival of Spring Awakening. North Carolina Theatre announces the summer production of Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins. Leading the cast in her North Carolina Theatre debut is Broadway sensation Kara Lindsay as everyone's favorite nanny, 'Mary Poppins' alongside Nicolas Dromard. NC native Eric Woodall is set to direct with choreography by Ryan Kasprzak. Columbus Children's Theatre's (CCT) international award-winning Summer Youth Performance Conservatory presents ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR., directed by Ryan Scarlata, opening today, July 27 thru August 7 at the Park Street Theatre.  Featuring a talented troupe of 30 ranging from ages 10-15, these kids have worked diligently for most of the summer to tell the story of forbidden love on an island divided by social prejudice.
